Eat a Mediterranean Diet

Eat more like a Greek -- that is, simply enjoying more fish, fruits, veggies, whole grains, and legumes than most North Americans usually do -- may be as good for your brain as it is for your heart. In fact, new research shows it could reduce the risk of Alzheimer's by up to 40 percent.

Colds Hate Positive People

That's the word from researchers who tested the emotional outlook and immune-system capabilities of a group of adults. Cold viruses had a harder time taking hold in the people who had mostly positive things to say. Positive thoughts not only help you steer clear of colds but also might make your colds milder if you do get sick.

In early October, 2007, Lynn Thompson, Nanaimo, British Columbia radio host of Living on Purpose, interviewed me, Roger Ellerton, about my book Live Your Dreams Let Reality Catch Up: NLP and Common Sense for Coaches, Managers and You.

Lynn's skillful interviewing provides a great audio introduction to NLP. The interview is about 35 minutes in length.
